Thank you for your order! Your order will be processed within 2 working days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping/postal confirmation.
New Zealand - Overnight Shipping: $7 for orders up to $199.99 Free shipping over $200.
You can expect postage within New Zealand to take approximately 2 working days (up to 4 working days for rural delivery).
International Shipping policy:-
Australia DHL Express: $12 - Up to $199.99NZD
Australia DHL Express: - Free shipping over $200NZD
Rest of World DHL Express: $25 - Free shipping over $200NZD
International shipping usually takes between 3-5 working days but is largely dependent on destination.
Underwear cannot be exchanged/returned due to hygiene please choose carefully.
Please check your cart carefully as any items purchased in the incorrect size, will require you to return the item as below, then pay an additional shipping fee prior to sending out your replacement product. Any change of mind purchases will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any product that is incorrectly sent out (wrong size or product) by Lulu Funk, will be rectified in whole by Lulu Funk in the form of an exchange.
Any product that is incorrectly sent out (wrong size or product) by Lulu Funk, will be refunded.
Any product sent out, as chosen by the customer - but which they incorrectly chose (wrong size or product - includes change of mind), will be exchanged. However any extra shipping method will be at the customers cost.
If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot process a return or refund, until the item is received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds will only be approved, where an item is to be exchanged due to the fault of Lulu Funk, and it cannot be exchanged due to stock levels.
If a refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working of days. If you have paid by direct bank transfer, we will require your bank account number in order to process your refund.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless you have been sent a faulty or incorrect item, at the fault of Lulu Funk.
On the rare occurrence that there is a fault or damage to you product, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to your satisfaction.
