Lulu Funk cannot accept returns or exchanges on any sale or clearance or other promotional or discounted items. Faulty items will be addressed as below.
Unfortunately, underwear cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully. If in doubt about sizing, don’t hesitate to get in touch before ordering.
For New Zealand customers, any product that is incorrectly sent out (wrong size or product) will be rectified by Lulu Funk in the form of an exchange. For international customers, they will be refunded. This policy lasts 14 days.
Any product that was sent out and incorrectly chosen by the customer (e.g, wrong size or change of mind) can be exchanged. However, any extra shipping method will be at the customer’s expense. When returning an item, consider a trackable shipping service as we cannot process a return or refund until the item is received.
Please check your cart carefully before purchase and again once receiving your order before removing any product packaging.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened, with original non removed labels.
Any change-of-mind purchases will incur a 30% restocking fee.
