Lulu Funk is operated out of our home in Auckland, New Zealand.

Our factory is based in India. Here, we produce more energy than we consume, pay our workers a fair wage, and are proud carriers of an Organice Content Standard certification.

There are a few things to keep in mind when deciding which size to get, including your body shape and fit preferences. We recommend checking out our size guide.

People often find that their underwear appears small while unworn. Rest assured, our undies have fantastic stretch and are true to size.

There will be variations in the amount of stretch between garments, depending on the amount of heat and print processing the fabric needs to go through, as well as manufacturing tolerances that come along with hand-made items. This means the plain single colour prints will be our softest and most stretchy cotton underwear.

Unfortunately, underwear cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully. If in doubt about sizing, please check our our size guide, or feel free to get in touch before ordering.

Usually orders are sent with 1-3 working days, and postage within New Zealand takes approximately 2 working days from there (up to 4 working days for rural delivery). During sales, new releases and holiday periods your shipping notification may take 7-10 working days.

International shipping usually takes between 3-5 working days but is largely dependent on destination.

We ship locally within New Zealand with NZ Post. Worldwide shipping is done using DHL Express
